OPERATIONS

The process of locating a mineral deposit is carried out by a team of experienced Geologists having a vast working experience in the identified area. Based on the potential the areas are explored and mineralization established. Samples are drawn to arrive at the quality of the mineral and its extent. Based on this data the optimum utilization of the mineral lease is planned which also includes beneficiation processes.

The mines are operated in an open pit method, 7 to 8 meter benches are designed for better quality management and safe working. On removal of the overburden the raw ore is loaded into trucks and transported to the beneficiations plants for sizing and processing .The processed ore is than stacked at a different location for further transportation to the ports

QUALITY CONTROL:

The quality of both the raw ore and the processed ore is strictly monitored by trained and qualified staff. Samples are drawn at regular intervals. Best quality procedures are followed so that the ore grades are never compromised.

LOGISTICS:

The company has a dedicated fleet of Excavators, Wheel-loaders, Dumpers and lorries to excavate and transport the raw ore as well as finished product. A modern 250 TPH plant processes the raw ore into the various products. A dedicated storage plot at the port area securely stores the ore prior to shipment.
