GLOBAL TRADTEAM SDN. BHD.(GTT) is a Malaysian company having its Registered Office in Kuala Lumpur with operational offices in Baling-Kedah and Selema-Perak. The Company is promoted and managed by experienced individuals having in total over 30 years experience in the iron ore industry.

The Company has been working extensively in Malaysia since 2010 to source iron ore for customers in China, Far East, India and the Middle East. GTT commenced its activities with trading of Malaysian ore from a mine in State of Pahang for its overseas customers.Using this experience and knowledge of Malaysian iron ore GTT along with its team of experienced Geologists and Mining Engineers commenced exploration work on three greenfield iron ore areas, each spread over 60 acres.After substantial investigation, trial production and processing of the iron ore from these areas, GTT finally identified one potential area for working.

GTT then initiated the processing of obtaining the necessary permissions and licenses from the authorities and also permission from the land owners to develops the land, excavate, process and sell the extracted iron ore.

GTT has just commenced trial production of the ore, some quantity of which has been processed and samples have been provided to the local steel mill. Based on their intensive testing the iron ore has been found acceptable to be used in their blast furnace and the mill is now keen to tie up all the production from this area for their exclusive use.Draft contracts have been exchanged.

To assist the company in its operations, it has in its fold experienced and suitably qualified staff from India who provide guidance and oversee the operations so that the extraction and processing is carried out in a qualitative manner based on established international standards and in tune with the requirements of the customer. The team is led by a senior Geologist who has nearly 50 years of experience in the iron ore industry besides about 4 years in Malaysia operations and is supported by mining and processing engineers. Local Malaysian staff also assist the Company in required areas of operations.

In addition to its Malaysian operation, GTT has been offered a Gypsum mining lease in the Sultanate of Oman. The company has also discovered a high grade iron ore (magnetite) deposit in the same country. The company is in the final stages of completing the necessary documentations for exclusive rights to both these mines.
